NAI GLOBAL NEW YORK CITY TEAM ARRANGES SALE OF 2 PROPERTIES AT KEYSTONE INDUSTRIAL PORT COMPLEX
Gerard McHugh, a corporate services director in NAI Global’s New York City office, arranged the sale of an office building and two land parcels at the Keystone Industrial Port Complex in Fairless Hills, Pennsylvania. NAI Global and NAI Mertz, NAI’s Southern New Jersey affiliate, are exclusive agents for the property on behalf of site operator US Steel.
In one transaction, Mr. McHugh arranged the sale of an office building and approximately 32 acres of land to AE Polysilicon, a manufacturer of polysilicon. AE Polysilicon plans to renovate the existing office building for its world headquarters and construct a new manufacturing facility that will employ 143 people on the site.
Mr. McHugh and the NAI team also arranged the sale of approximately 10 acres of land to Abington/Reldan Refining & Recycling LLC. The buyer plans to construct a precious metals recovery and refining facility on the site.
