Axel Kenig CEO of NAI apollo represented the Halverton Reim GmbH in the $12.6 million purchase of the Athen business park in Hannover, Germany from a private investor. The 172,222-square-foot (15,999 square meters) warehouse and office space is located on approximately 279,861 square feet (25,999 square meters).

The property is the former Eisenwerke Wlfel trade park, which was successfully converted in the past year to a multi-tenant business park.
