NAI Global has implemented a comprehensive property marketing system called the e-Offering. It is an electronic property brochure or sales package, combined with an e-mail marketing system.

NAI Global agents enter their property listing information into the e-Offering system to create an online sales package, followed by their targeted prospects and e-mail addresses. Once done, they can execute the e-mail marketing campaign and track the results. The system allows for a print ready PDF and /or download of a self running Flash presentation by end-users.

By incorporating efficient marketing systems such as the e-Offering, NAI Global agents are able to reach more potential prospects more quickly and thereby shorten the marketing cycle.
