The outpouring of care and concern from the NAI family following September 11 and the Tsunami made it clear that as a global enterprise we could better work together to find a way to organize our efforts to support our community when tragedy strikes. With that objective in mind, earlier this year NAI Global formed NAI Cares Foundation Ltd.

We intend for NAI Cares to provide assistance to members of the NAI family that are dealt severe hardship, as well as act as a charity to support major charities that support NAI communities in the face of major disasters.

NAI Cares broadly supports the following charitable causes:

• To provide assistance to parents and families of children who have been diagnosed and are being treated for cancer;
• To provide assistance to parents and families of children with incurable ailments such as autism and diabetes;
• To provide, maintain and operate facilities for the implementation of the foregoing purposes;
• To solicit, collect and otherwise raise money for the above referenced purposes and for such related charitable, philanthropic, educational and benevolent purposes;
• To expend, contribute, disburse and otherwise dispose of the same for the above referenced purposes either directly or by contribution to other organizations or institutions organized for the same or similar purposes; and
• To do any and all other things necessary or proper in connection with or incidental to any of the foregoing.
