Steve specializes in sales and leasing of single and multi-tenant industrial properties suitable for warehousing, distribution, logistics, manufacturing, and research & development in the "Inland Empire" marketplace.

Background & Experience

Steve spent 27 years in the manufacturing industry. 17 of those years as an owner/operator of a mold making and CNC machining business. Steve is also a general partner in a property management company as well as vice president of a investment management company he owns with his wife Robin. When the recession hit Steve's business in 2009, Steve became a licensed agent to focus on his other passion of commercial real estate holdings and property management. Steve has been involved with 4, 1031 exchange transactions. Steve joined NAI Capital in 2016 and has been a licensed agent with the state of California since 2009. He was previously an agent with a boutique RE firm, Evista Realty.

Professional Associations & Designations

Steve holds an OSHA HAZWOPER license to do Phase 1 inspections as well as the licenses to do hazardest Mold & Asbestos inspections and remediation through IICRC Steve has also taken courses in property appraisal.

Transaction History

In 2007, Steve was instrumental in the locating, inspection and procurement of a 204 unit apartment building in AZ dealing with all aspects of the acquisition. Steve's most notable transaction took place in 2011 when Steve sold 1 property on a 1031 exchange, and was able to acquire 7 other properties to fulfill the 1031 requirement. Steve's most recent transaction was a 7700 sqft warehouse in the produce district in Los Angeles. Selling price of 2.4m
