Allianz Investment Corporation has relied on these qualities since 1990 for the marketing of Minnesota’s largest business park, Valley Green Business Park, which totals 2,250 acres.

Bill’s success in the disposition of a 20-acre parcel of land owned by Bell South Corporation led to an additional disposition transaction of a 155,000 square foot corporate headquarters facility.
