| Eric has spent the past 19 years in the Commercial Real Estate Industry. He has provided services to a broad spectrum of clients with a primary focus on the warehouse distribution industries and land sales. As a member of Council of Supply Chain Management Professionals, Eric stays abreast of the multi-faceted needs of the logistics and supply chain client.
Eric understands the entitlement process and is connected with city and county government. Clients leverage Eric's relationships to gain access to the decision makers and others who make transactions and developments happen. Another of Eric's experience is his ownership of South Valley Outdoor Bakersfield's largest local Billboard company. Eric understands Billboards and how to make money in that business so he brings extra value in those situations where billboards are located on a property. |

| Eric began his career in Commercial Real Estate in 1988 by joining Grubb & Ellis-ASU & Associates in Bakersfield California. During his 8 year tenure as an Industrial specialist Eric completed in excess of 250 transactions and was awarded the "Deal of the Year" award in 1995.
In June of 1997 Eric left Grubb & Ellis - ASU & Associates to become the Western Region Vice President for NAI. His responsibilities included management and oversight of 21 locally owned commercial real estate companies with over 800 brokers. In this capacity Eric traveled to 40 states meeting with and training top commercial brokers on industry best practices. In his management of transactions on behalf of NAI he was responsible for over $300,000,000.00 in business in just over a 3 year period of time. Joining the NAI Capital team in November 1999, Eric has pioneered the company’s efforts to grow its Central Valley operations. Starting the Bakersfield office in March of 2001, the Bakersfield office is the leader in industrial and land brokerage in the Bakersfield marketplace. Eric was awarded manager of the year for the entire company for 2003, 2004 and 2005 and was in the company’s top 10 for personal brokerage production in 2003 the top 5 in 2004 and the number 1 Broker for the company in 2005. Between 2005 & 2006 Eric sold nearly $120,000,000 in development properties primarily in Bakersfield and remained in the top 5 companywide.. As a partner in the company and a member of the senior management team he is leading the company in it's training and educational programs for it's brokers. Eric is considered by many top industry leaders to be an expert in the field of technology as used in commercial real estate. He has been a guest speaker at many industry events including Commercial Property World, PikeNet, RealComm as well as numerous smaller groups. Eric is the past Chairman for NAI's Industrial Council, leading Industrial Brokers on a worldwide basis and is on the Leadership Board for NAI Global. |
