Represented Certified International Corp., (Buyer) in its' acquisition of a 211,000 square foot distribution facility from Investment Development Services (Seller) in Valencia, CA. Represented Rexford Industrial, LLC (Landlord) in leasing 69,737 square feet to After Hours Formal Wear (Tenant) in Sun Valley, Ca. Represented Alegacy Food Service Products Group (Buyer) in its acquisition of a 113,000 square foot distribution facility from Sares Regis Group (Seller) in Santa Fe Springs, Ca. Represented UCV Media Tech Center, LLC (Landlord) in leasing 43,173 square feet to Penthouse Media Group (Tenant) in Los Angeles, Ca. Represented The United States Postal Service in the multiple sale transactions totaling more than 30 acres of infill land and development sites. Represented Voit Development Company (Seller) on the sale of a 210,000 square foot distribution facility to Linzer Products, Inc. (Buyer) in San Fernando, Ca.
