Mr. Gahr has marketed industrial properties for the past nine years. He has focused his real estate expertise on Industrial facilities for users and landlords as well as industrial investment properties in the North Los Angeles region. Mr. Gahr is a member and participant of NAI's Corporate Real Estate Services team known as (CREST). CREST strives to service national and global corporations' real estate needs by integrating local market expertise capable of delivering global reach. Mr. Gahr services the United States Postal Service and Hertz Corporation exclusively in this Los Angeles area. Mr. Gahr is fully licensed with the California Department of Real Estate. He is married and is a resident of Sherman Oaks, California.

Having lived and worked most of his life in the North Los Angeles Market, he has become highly attuned to the intricacies of the market. In addition, the depth of his relationships within the region has helped him to become an important and well respected member of the NAI Capital Commercial Industrial Team. He has very quickly become a proven and consistent producer at the company.

Represented Certified International Corp., (Buyer) in its' acquisition of a 211,000 square foot distribution facility from Investment Development Services (Seller) in Valencia, CA.

Represented Rexford Industrial, LLC (Landlord) in leasing 69,737 square feet to After Hours Formal Wear (Tenant) in Sun Valley, Ca.

Represented Alegacy Food Service Products Group (Buyer) in its acquisition of a 113,000 square foot distribution facility from Sares Regis Group (Seller) in Santa Fe Springs, Ca.

Represented UCV Media Tech Center, LLC (Landlord) in leasing 43,173 square feet to Penthouse Media Group (Tenant) in Los Angeles, Ca.

Represented The United States Postal Service in the multiple sale transactions totaling more than 30 acres of infill land and development sites.

Represented Voit Development Company (Seller) on the sale of a 210,000 square foot distribution facility to Linzer Products, Inc. (Buyer) in San Fernando, Ca.

Represented the Buyer (Isu Petasys America) in the purchase of an a 60,000 square foot
