| Ray Albert is a Broker Associate with over 30 years experience as a real estate broker, developer and investment banker. A native of Baltimore, Maryland, Ray joined the NAI Mertz staff in early 1997, bringing with him years of experience as a marketing executive in the investment banking and real estate industries. Ray’s activities focus on the area from Annapolis, MD to Princeton, NJ involving retail sites, multi-family, land and commercial properties of every classification. In the last ten years alone, Ray has acquired over $400 million of equity/debt financing for exclusive clients from institutional and private sources. He has extensive experience training sales and marketing teams for a variety of businesses. This success is founded on Ray’s early analytical training as a mathematician, computer systems analyst, college instructor and management consultant.
In addition, Ray is an accomplished speaker before professional audiences including the Institute of Real Estate Management, the Securities Industry Association and various CPA associations. During the past ten years his transactions have exceeded $500 million dollars.
