| Mr. Scullin became Chief Executive Officer of NAI Capital in December 1993. His first project was to add an industrial division to the office, retail, investment and apartment brokerage of the then 16-year old Encino, California, firm.
Since 1993 Mr. Scullin has managed the growth of the 42-broker, two-office company into its current configuration and changed the name of the company to NAI Capital as part of the branding effort to identify more closely with NAI Global. NAI Capital currently has 14 full-service commercial brokerage offices with more than 225 real estate professionals serving five counties of Southern California. NAI Capital is a vital part of NAI Global's network of 5,000 commercial real estate specialists in 325 markets around the world. Mr. Scullin originally relocated from Philadelphia to California in 1975 as a senior sales manager to introduce Xerox Corporation's new high-speed printing system in the Los Angeles area. He left Xerox after completion of the new product introduction in 1977 and entered California real estate as an industrial broker. That year Mr. Scullin founded Delphi Business Properties, specializing in industrial properties on the Westside of Los Angeles. He relocated the offices of the firm to the San Fernando Valley in 1981 where he grew it into what is today the largest independent industrial real estate company in the Valley metropolitan area. In 1989 he formed The Delta Company and established a joint venture with 80-year-old Oltmans Investment Company to acquire and successfully develop the Heritage Oak Business Park, a 30-acre industrial project in Simi Valley, California. |

| Mr. Scullin graduated from Mary Immaculate Seminary, Northampton, Pennsylvania, with a degree in Philosophy in 1969. After graduate studies in Theology, he became a major-account manager for Xerox Corporation with responsibility for the Philadelphia Public School District, the Archdiocese of Philadelphia, Temple University and the University of Pennsylvania.
An active participant in local civic organizations, Mr. Scullin was twice the Chairman of the Great Coldwater Canyon Chili Cookoff & Carnival, an annual event in Studio City that attracted more than 3,000 visitors and generated revenues of more than $100,000.00 for a community school. As founding chairman of Encino SpringFest in the San Fernando Valley, he supervised 30 managers in producing a community celebration that grossed about $100,000.00 per event for St. Cyril's School in the San Fernando Valley. A resident of Beverly Hills, Mr. Scullin has been an accredited American Youth Soccer Organization (AYSO) coach for many years and is very involved as manager in the Little League and Pony League Baseball in the San Fernando Valley. He also coached football and basketball for his parish's grammar school in Encino, California. |

Under Mr. Scullin's management, the implementation of local area networks, wide area networks and a plethora of databases and software systems have ranked NAI Capital in the forefront of technologically advanced brokerage firms in the nation. | In 2006 Mr. Scullin founded and currently manages the NAI Capital Mentor Team consisting of more than two dozen senior brokers from all Southern California offices of NAI Capital. Members of the Mentor Team are all members of the NAI Capital Circle of Excellence which recognizes long-term professional competence and success. Mentors are available to assist less seasoned brokers with problematic or complicated transactions.
Mr. Scullin is a member of SIOR and has for more than 30 years been an accredited member of the American Industrial Real Estate Association (AIR) in Southern California. He has a certificate in corporate real estate management from NAI Global's Corporate Real Estate Services Training program. He is a member of CoreNet Global (formerly NACORE and IDRC), a national association of corporate real estate executives and professional service providers. |

Represented both Litton Industries (seller) and Card Services (buyer) in the sale of Data System Division's 145,000 square foot industrial-flex building in Moorpark, CA. Represented both Northrop Grumman (seller) and Nearon Enterprises (buyer) in the sale of Northrop's 162,000 square foot office complex in Agoura Hills, CA.
