| Martin started his commercial real estate career with Award Commercial Properties in 1998 where he represented Landlords and Tenants in all phases of negotiations and real estate brokerage. He has assisted numerous investors and business owners with their commerical properties by providing them with current market trends and analyzing the specific needs of the company. He was a top five producer through out his tenure with Award Commercial Properties and reached top producer in 2004.
Prior to starting his career in commercial real estate, Martin was the Food & Beverage Director at one of San Diego's most prestigious contry clubs, Fairbanks Ranch Country Club, where he managed, budgeted and over saw daily operations of three full service restaurants as well as special events for the club. Fairbanks Ranch Country club was a host to the 1984 Equestrian Olympic Event. |
