Scope of Service Experience
Mr. Carmichael joined NAI Capital in 2008; his prior experience includes 12 years in Information Technology management, most recently at Northrop Grumman and TRW, where he managed increasingly complex IT programs, including those at the senior executive level.

His experience working with senior executives on complex business issues, translating them into real-world business opportunities serves his real estate clients equally as well.

Education
Mr. Carmichael graduated from California State University, Northridge with a degree in Business with an emphasis in Information Systems.

He completed the Project Management program at University of California, Irvine as well as various specialty curriculums in the Information Technology domain. Mr. Carmichael holds a Six Sigma Green Belt and CMMI (Capabilities Maturity Model Integrated) Level 3 certification.

He is actively pursuing his Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) destination and is an active mentor to college students through Delta Sigma Pi, an International Professional Business Society. From 2002 to 2006 he was mentor and District Director for the Long Beach State chapter. In 2006 he was named the Pacific Region District Director of the Year.

Mr. Carmichael is a triathlete active with the San Fernando Valley Cycling Club and Los Angeles Triathlon Club, competing in various local and regional Triathlons through-out the year.
