Some co-tenants include Walgreen’s, Kabuki, Daphne’s Greek Café, Massage Envy, Washington Mutual and dozens more. Centre Pointe Marketplace - 100,000 SF Wicke’s Anchored Center – Part of a 650,000 retail campus some retailers include Super Wal-Mart, Sam’s Club, LA Fitness, Chicks Sporting Goods and Babies R US. Co-tenants within the Centre Pointe Marketplace center include: Bank of America, Office Depot, Starbucks, Panda Express, Bright Now Dental and More. The Santa Clarita Valley retail team also offers clients the leasing of second generation retail space, commercial land sales, and the sale of neighborhood shopping centers. | Allison Abel was first exposed to the world of real estate as a personal assistant to her father, Bert Abel, at Grubb & Ellis in 2002. Over a span of two years, her interest increased in the field of commercial real estate to the extent that she soon acquired her sales license. In 2004, Bert Abel and his partner John Cserkuti, moved their retail team to NAI Capital, specializing in North Los Angeles County real estate and based in Santa Clarita. This move proved to be instrumental for Allison’s career, as she immediately began to oversee the day to day operations of the office. Her duties included accounting, marketing, graphic design, mapping, comparable market reports,broker training, drafting legal documents and much more! The aforementioned duties, combined with the knowledge received from the many years of experience that Bert and John were able to provide, has helped Allison to become a well rounded, self sufficient agent. | ||
