| Scope of Service Experience | ||
| Steven Adler is one of the founding principals of NAI Bergman and directs the Asset Management Services division which includes property, facilities and construction management. His career in real estate spans more than 28 years in all areas of commercial real estate. Currently, under his direction, NAI Bergman manages a growing portfolio of properties including office, medical, retail and industrial in excess of 2.8 million square feet. The facilities and construction management divisions provide its clients with exceptional service in the areas of maintenance, tenant improvements and construction projects of any size. Directing a team of trained professionals, NAI Bergman provides these services to both private and institutional investors, as well as its own portfolio.
Mr. Adler’s primary objective is to provide all clients with strategic business, financial and operational objectives needed to maximize their investments, while understanding each client’s unique needs and ownership objectives. As the head of development services for NAI Bergman, Mr. Adler manages projects ranging from site development to turn key construction, as well as major building renovations. Currently, he is overseeing The Crossings of Washington Court House, the 251 acre master plan development located in south central Ohio. When completed, this community will include single family homes, condominiums and apartments, retail development including Home Depot and other big box users, a Holiday Inn Express, restaurants, banks and other lifestyle components. Additionally, Mr. Adler was involved in the development of BergmanLink, a proprietary web and mobile based facilities management software application. BergmanLink has created greater communication between tenants, owners, and NAI Bergman – shortening average service response times, improving maintenance efficiency and reporting, as well as reducing costs for tenants and owners. |
